You know my friend you say you are a community leader and it seems you are…of sorts. I just do not understand who you are a self proclaimed leader of. The Latino community it seems but there are some blurred lines and some things that you are forgetting (perhaps conveniently). Although to just about everyone except for you the distinction between legal and illegal is a huge oversight. I understand you have a tradition of not understanding the difference or perhaps a habit of totally disregarding the differences between legal and illegal. Carlos, it IS the elephant in the room! I think perhaps you have displayed many of the same symptoms of habitual criminals. The main one is getting arrested frequently. Granted it is usually for stupid stuff that a person having a normally acceptable level of control and responsibility in their lives wouldn’t get charged with. No driver’s license? No insurance….trespassing?? So why shouldn’t that disregard push to other things after all once you have crossed the line to illegal there is really nothing that is more illegal than another. Running a stop sign is just as illegal as running a federal border. It is just that the penalties paid may be more or less substantial depending on how society looks at the crime. I see that you were arrested recently for trespassing isn’t running a country’s borders just a case of trespassing on a somewhat larger scale? Ideals that we may have been sold on when we were younger as being illegal do not seem to be quite so illegal now once we have actually performed it do they? I can see where you have de-sensitized yourself and justified in your mind the ends justifying the means thing with that little border thing. The trespassing over the border in it self isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Is it Carlos? Until you look at all of the implications. Let us just talk in this segment about where the dollar cost of the illegals in this country is coming from. We can talk about societal changes and system strains in another letter. There are those tax dollars I must give up that I could have used to feed my family or to send my own children to college that the federal government uses to provide a better life for its citizens. Wait that is it! I think I have stumbled onto something! Rarely if ever does any level of government whether it be city, state, county or HOA tax its people specifically and directly for the benefit of those outside of its jurisdiction. So you see this is getting personal. What would your reaction be to someone breaking through the borders of your home because you had something they wanted? People of other countries have no right to take my or your money even by proxy! Yes your money too Carlos because guess what ….you are not one of them. No matter what your ethnic background is! You are and should be on the side of the Legals because you are. You and I realistically have much more in common with each other than we do with the illegals. I, with this document and those statements have redrawn the lines haven’t I? I have redrawn the lines in a much more honest and accurate fashion that you have. See Carlos you and I are on the same side after all. There are 2 differing groups of people here I use the term group with a little hesitance here but let us examine what I actually meant here from several vantage points. On a personal level I have stated some of the facts that lead me to my present condition of thought. From the viewpoint of a nation there are 2 groups of people. One group has a right to goods and services within its borders and another does not. The second group may purchase those goods and services through a negotiated form of payment but not just take them. That has been tried time and time again and usually met with a very strong resistance. On a humanitarian level I give to a couple of aid groups annually that I trust pass on this good will in one form or another to the advantage of the intended recipients. This is something I do, and again, nobody just comes and steals it. There will always be the less fortunate among us and we should all give where we can not when directed.

CMIGRAM is an acronym that stands for Citizens Migration Movement. (pronounced SEE MEE Gram)

Migra is a term used by illegals referring to immigration enforcement personnel

The U.S. government from the federal level down to the local is unable and, or perhaps unwilling to enforce current laws and borders.

Just a quick question: I want to know which laws I can ignore and get away with it. I will be right back I am going to go smoke a joint.

Sovereignty is the exclusive right to have control over an area of governance, people, or oneself. A sovereign is the supreme lawmaking authority. Having the final say. Exclusive use of “legal” violence (police, military…)

The federal government has lost (given away) its sovereignty in many geographical areas of the country

There is a well orchestrated attempt by the pro illegal immegrant groups to remove the term ”illegal” from the daily discourse by just avoiding the adjective.

Many of the more radical radical pro immigration (read pro illegal as well as legal) groups (La Raza for instance) openly advocate the removal of U.S. control of large sectors of the United States

Several pro illegal websites demonstrate step by step instructions on how to milk U.S. Assistance programs (tax funded) for all they can get. (medical care, food assistance…)

The following is a excerpt from the NCLR (National Council of La Raza) : I have bolded the words within the text below and have exposed their intended affect as well as created an argument against each piece in the paragraphs below. This entire website is wrought with such rhetoric. Please visit this website and look at it with “new eyes”.

Now the rhetoric behind the above paragraph:

The term “inadequate” (highlighted above) means it does not serve illegals’ best interest. Legal entrants to the U.S. have both forms of documentation at their fingertips.

“Overlooks the composition of CA’s Population”: The composition of California’s has a very high percentage of illegal immigrants within it. On one hand they want that population’s presence and legal status overlooked while at the same time allowing the lawbreakers to have the same rights as everyone who has been through the legalization process by birth, legal naturalization or by legal current visa.

“Obstructs DMV’s ability to fulfill its mandate” The DMV among other things provides drivers licenses to those that are by current law authorized to have one. This law requires several things: proof of being in the country legally, (every other country in the world requires this), a SSN, proof of driving laws knowledge as well as a physical test of capabilities.

“is detrimental to public safety by increasing the number of unlicensed and uninsured drivers on the road” This is not a detriment to public safety ! Individuals that make the choice to drive without the benefit of having gone through the process are a detriment. Every time they make the choice to consciously break the law by driving without a licence they are putting everyone at risk. Here in Texas it is common knowledge that if you are able the first thing you do after an accident is to get a picture of the car that hit you, its plates and the driver. People that have no licence, no insurance and are illegal have every incentive to hit and run. If they by choosing this route are uninsured as well have again chosen to consciously break the law. It is not the law that increases this pattern of lawlessness! It is not the law that causes a bank robber to break the law! It is the same principle.

These corners may be laws or societal norms, for self preservation and preservation of others that they may have knowledge of which are in the same status. A band of thieves if you will. That individual places people, and often his or her own spouse and children in jeopardy. That individual has voluntarily compounded the the gravity of the situation. Call it greed, selfishness, irresponsibility or criminal.

Safety is not the issue
This website is trying to blur the very distinct line between legal and illegal persons. 2 things are at once noticeable #1 the absence of the use of the term “illegal” and when this distinction has to be made the euphemism “undocumented” used in its place.
The fact of the matter is that a DL opens many other doors for illegals. Let me ask you what document you had to provide when you registered to vote? The possession of a drivers licence automatically legitimizes a persons presence.
A drivers licence is a major part of the identity packet and is probably the piece that gets used most often and therefore is visible for detection the most. No forgery can quite live up to the real thing.

An open letter to all documented persons of the United States.

I am a nobody. I am no one that you have ever heard of.

There is a movement in the U.S. that is several things. It is a human issue. It is a human rights issue. It is a legal issue. It is a financial issue. It is a medical issue. It is an education issue. It is an economic issue. It is ILLEGAL Immigration.

Many people come to this country every year legally. There are various ways to do that. The reason for legal immigration is a means to control immigration to keep out persons that may continue breaking laws as they did in their home country. It is a means to keep terrorists out of the country. It is a way to attract talent to our country that we may have a need for (scientists, specific types of engineers …) It is a method that allows our economy to absorb a certain number of foreigners to our soils without causing harm or unnecessary hardship on our citizens. It is also a way of preserving our American ideals such as liberty and freedom from the tyranny of foreign governments and their oppression of people. It in effect allows the U.S. to shine in the world as a beacon of freedom and human justice.

It has been in the news lately that there are people in this world who want desperately to come to the US to live. I say it has been in the news because there are those that are loud about it. Certain individuals are rallying others in the name of “civil rights” or “for the children” and in doing so may be cheapening valuable ethnic communities within our country. Of course the leaders tend to become, let us say, in possession of larger bank accounts.

There are many people coming to this country from many other counties illegally. Haitians and Cubans have died trying to get here. There are Asians and Europeans being smuggled over on ships. There is a huge influx of persons from Central & South American countries knocking on our southern borders. It in a way is beautiful. Just when you get somewhat disgusted with conditions in the U.S you look around and realize that it is still the place everyone wants to come.

That being said I asked 4 other friends to do some homework on this. They found several things to be true to one extent or the other:

1. Schools in many states are spending huge amounts to educate people that should not be here.

2. Hospitals are spending huge amounts for the same reasons.

3. Public Education for our citizens is suffering.

4. The government will not or cannot help.

5. It is costing us as tax payers (I pay an extra $250 a year in school taxes)

6. Taking a look at the social networks people have no idea what we can do about it.

We discussed this. I want to present a very real solution.

We don’t want your money. We want a promise:

In order to bypass the politics of this and to remove financial benefits from those that break our borders, just ask one question: Do you use Illegals?

Every time you arrange to have have carpet put in, have your pool cleaned, have your car washed at a car wash, have your garage door fixed, have your yard mowed ask the question! Do you use illegals?

If you are a business and are contracting for something to be done… ASK the question? Ensure that the person you are making arrangements with knows that if they send someone out that would lead you to believe that they are illegal the deal is off and you will find someone else. Even the appearance of an illegal must be treated as an illegal.

There is a bit of a danger in this to be true. What if 2 Asians come to your house to put in carpet and you come to the conclusion they are illegal? And they aren’t . There are Chinese businesses that deserve our attention. These businesses must be given a word of mouth boost. If you know someone else that needs carpet give the business to them.

As stated in the beginning of this paper there are 2 types of people Legal and Illegal. All of the legal citizens of this country deserve our business.

There will be a web site up in a few days titled cmigra.org to be used by all as a clearing house for ideas.

There are actually 2 things we need done. If you are angry enough, if you are tired of BEING the collateral damage, if you are not a bit timid about it ASK THE QUESTION!

Let us say you are shy and can’t see yourself doing this the other thing is SPREAD THE WORD! Use your social networks, email, telephone, word of mouth and the nation will know to do this in 30 days. In 60 days businesses will understand!!! Within a start at a reverse migration will be very evident.

Our schools Will all of a sudden become less crowded, city budgets will feel some relief, politicians will be spared the nasty job of dealing with it.

Call it the second American revolution , taking our country back.

Just some suggestions: Spread the word anonymously. Create a garbage e-mail address and use it to spread the word. We don’t want anyone identified as being part of this. We don’t want noise. No bumper stickers. That could get your car trashed. Do you notice the difference in this movement already? Members of groups that may support ILLEGALS want the credit. We just want it DONE!

This must be done quickly! Do not ask any ones permission. If you have ulterior motives such as a great dislike for a certain group of ILLEGALS keep your hate to yourself just use it to get the word out. This is not designed to be a hate group. It is a love group LOVE OF AMERICA THE WAY IT CAN BE. Diversity is a good thing. We are not trying to run off anyone but illegals. Support legal minority owned businesses. They are important to all of us.

In direct response to Mr. Carlos Quintanilla, first of all personally I understand wanting to leave somewhere when conditions beyond ones control are less than desired. I lived in the Soviet Union (on assignment) and have seen the trials and tribulations people go through because of their situation. I felt a full range of emotions for the Russian people at that time. I also knew I was going home one day and even that caused a strange feeling of guilt within me. I personally understood the humanitarian side of the situation then as I do now, with the split families, bad economic conditions, and living under questionable political practices. I was and am sorry for other’s situations that they have no or little control over. I understand too that even with things the way they are here and now the U.S. is still one of the best places to live. We can and should help and we as a nation we do.
Due to our county’s ability to absorb a certain amount of people at a time we have quotas on immigration. By and large Asians, Africans, Europeans abide by these LAWS. Many individuals from south of the border do as well as the quotas are always filled. Speaking realistically, and believe it or not we do live in a real world. People right here right now in Dallas are a bit pressed (thankfully not as hard pressed as other parts of the country) financially. All levels of government want more for services in terms of fees and taxes, schools are crowded, school taxes are going up and do I need to mention gas. Employers are concerned about hiring illegals and making ends meet. There is very little being done politically about stopping the influx of illegals crossing our borders. If you will notice in the prior paragraph the term “illegals” came up several times (and I did notice you did not use the term or any of a number of euphemisms for it.) Let’s look at some of the financial burdens places upon legal residents (African legals, Hispanic legals, European legals, those born here fully legal, Asian legals…): I saw several reliable reports (World Net, CS Monitor, NY Times) saying at least 3 million illegals will come to the U.S. this year alone. Let’s say it is only 2 million just because I don’t want the individual facts to become points of argument. This is 400,000 more cars on the road (1 car per 5). I personally know of 7 accidents in the last year involving friends, co workers or just having come upon the accident and wanting to help. Of those accidents 2, both Hispanic ran. Maybe no insurance, illegal, warrants I don’t know nor will I ever. I just know 2 people (one Hispanic and legal) that had to come out of their pocket for the costs. I do know of one other that ran that was non Hispanic No insurance, Illegal European, warrants? I will never know. One accident couldn’t run, neither was hurt after they rear ended another car but there were questions about legal status and lack of insurance. The other 2 were taken care of within the laws of the State of Texas (insurance/ information exchange…).

147,000 children will enter school in the Dallas ISD next week. Many estimates say that 10% of the school children are here illegally or of illegal parents. This is a national figure and I might guess it is a bit higher here in the Dallas area. For sake of argument let’s say it is only 5%. That is 7300 children that by all measure should not be there.

What you may ask started all of this research and reflection? Well initially it was your letter sir and I got to thinking that you don’t make any distinction between legal or not. Sir there is a very large distinction and I am sure that everyone else can too. Those that are illegal can certainly. Those that are legal from all over the world can. This includes Hispanics many of whom want the illegals to stop. Many are still a little torn because of the fact even though they waited the time it takes to get here legally there may still be a displacement of some family. [/FONT
Let’s look at some very preliminary results concerning the costs of illegals to the average legal: 400,000 extra autos hard to distinguish not helpful to the price of gas, added pollution, cost of accidents (and I can’t get a full total here as I can only get in touch with the people I know) well over $8000.Schools: I pay an extra $125 /year in taxes to cover the 5% illegal population.

I am not sure what it costs me personally and everyone that pays property taxes per year forIllegal hospital care but I will get back to you. I just haven’t had time to figure it up yet

There is also the cost to the legal Hispanic community. I know of at least one business that as of just recently became very skeptical about calling people for a hiring interview just based on traditionally Hispanic last names on the received resume. I will look do some research here to and get back to you. I just got off of the phone with 7 different temporary employment agencies. (Yes I am doing research as I write). 4 of which provide people specifically for various levels within hospitals.

2 of them started this week not considering non professionally licensed Hispanics for some of their hospitals. This was per the request of their clients. One young man even mentioned your interview as good part of the reason. I congratulate you sir on your unintended results.

Now let’s examine some current and quite possibly future rhetoric and ideas here:The first is a personal statement on my part: In no way shape or form should this document, my opinions, or motivations be considered racist. If you will examine this letter you will see that the division comes not with race but legal status. [By your declaration that hospitals are safe zones does not make it so. If I had 5 grams of marijuana in my pocket for personal use (victimless crime) and the only place they could find me was a local Dallas hospital I have little doubt they would arrest me

Fair and equitable treatment of individuals is a must! I agree! Keep in mind people that come to some countries illegally, steal identities (keep in mind there was someone else attached to that social security number) and forge federal documents are uniformly, equitably, and fairly treated in many cases as spies.

I fired my lawn crew earlier this week as I strongly suspected they were using Illegals.

A quick question here: which laws that are victimless can I break? I choose driving really fast on the condition that the roads are empty late at night and smoking lots of pot. I just wonder how that would go over. There are a couple of problems with this though. I used the term victimless which you alluded to and I think that I have shown that there are many victims here concerning the burdens of the illegals. The other part is that I bet the Garland police wouldn’t regard my antics and my declaration of freebee laws with a great deal of respect

I went to your web site the other day and I see that you are very involved in the community and I applaud that. Hispanic youth programs are a good thing! Getting the scourge “cheese heroin” out of the community is one of the most important things facing us today in this area.

One portion of your website got me to thinking and it was the intelligent buying portion and I do think that you are right. In fact it directly lead to the firing this week of my lawn crew. I am still talking to other neighbors to get their support and buy in (no pun intended) to your ideas with just a twist. You are correct legals do have tremendous buying power and that power should be used to affect needed changes.

It has become very obvious that we as legals cannot depend on the government to close the borders to all illegals. Some of this will always be with us. There will always be a few Asians; Haitians at one time were getting pretty good at it as were some Cubans. We must live with some when we are so generous as a country. In fact wouldn’t it be great to see little Elian Gonzales swimming up on the shores after he can make his own decisions! What a political statement! But it was actually your idea Carlos that got me thinking really hard about this. If we (legals) do use our clout and don’t go to restaurants that we EVEN SUSPECT illegals work, hire only lawn crews that speak English and we don’t EVEN SUSPECT are illegals. Don’t let people in that we EVEN SUSPECT might be illegal to repair our garage doors. We can take care of things at our level. The legal Hispanics will gain much earned respect. I can get back my $125 bucks a year from the school taxes (foolish me that would never happen) but at least it wouldn’t go up so fast. My grandkids would have less crowded schools; teachers could use my $125 bucks for a much deserved raise.

Let us talk about languages for a minute. Maybe we could start teaching Legal immigrants in our schools English for the first year they are here. Imagine that, and then they could directly compete. We could abolish all of the classes in other languages. We would end up with kids that get out of high school and can speak their native tongues as well as English. It will make them very competitive in today’s small world. Oh don’t try to say that they would be hurt by the year out of school or English is too hard. I was taught the Russian language in a year in Monterey California and then went to be immersed in it. I was completely fluent in 3 months there. This was as an adult when those language things are said to be much harder to learn. One year in school taken out to learn the language will not hurt anyone. O.K. they would be 19 when they graduated but maybe able to get some college scholarships. Wouldn’t that help? Maybe then I could get my $125 bucks back.

Look around folks! We are under a new banner one that does not address race or national origin or religion or anything but legal status. The first step is to get illegals directly out of our (legal) lives. Call companies that send EVEN SUSPECTED ILLEGALS to your house and tell them you won’t use them. Better yet tell them on the phone when you make an appointment to have your carpets cleaned. You are right Carlos it is time to use our political clout and it feels great. I am even going to recruit non illegal lawn crews and farm them out to people that need them after their illegals are gone. I will even pay a few extra bucks to get it done.

I do have some concern that from time to time one of ours (legals) will be hurt by this policy. There will be some collateral damage I understand that, but all of us LEGALS are really getting tired of BEING the collateral damage and paying the bills for those that are not part of our great nation. We pledge to support fully and completely businesses and individuals that are and use legal persons to get the job done! If any legal is ever inadvertently hurt by this they will need to be pointed to other financial opportunities 5 fold because of it. We can make it very difficult for the illegals! Maybe the word will get back that it isn’t worth it. Do not sell a personal car to an illegal or a company that you suspect does. Do not get your lawnmower serviced by anyone you suspect of using illegals. Do not be afraid to ask the manager if you think they are using illegals and let them know that is why you are taking your buisiness elsewhere.
